Site training assists to provide Principal Investigators and Study Coordinators with the resources to be able to navigate home nursing procedures and documentation to benefit all parties involved in the clinical study. Maintenance of effective communication with the site is our priority to ensure they are fully informed of all activity. Our team remains the first point of contact for routine home visit related matters. The Investigator site is fully informed and trained on all aspects of the home visit procedures and services. Site training sessions are conducted by Health Predictions Pharma which include the procedure for ordering home visits and the benefits that the site and subject experience by selecting to enroll home visit services for trial activities.

Maintaining accurate and current documentary procedures adds to effective communication with the investigator site. This provides an effective linkage between the home care nurses and activities in the home ensuring all parties have a clear understanding of the requirements of the visit and also outcomes achieved in the home, any reports of adverse events or changes in signs and symptoms. Using effective communication and documentation, the home care nursing visit becomes an extension of the care and services that are provided by the investigator site.

Communication

The investigator site is updated regularly to ensure they have immediate knowledge of the visits being conducted offsite. Health Predictions Pharma is the first point of contact for all routine matters associated with home nursing visits. The site is immediately contacted and informed of all relevant changes that are identified before, during or immediately after the visit that are reported to the home nursing team. For this reason, emergency contacts are required to be provided in the event that any matter requires reporting outside of the investigator sites usual hours of operation.
